Brianne Scott
Artistic Director / Dancer / Choreographer
Brianne has been dancing since the age of 3, starting at The Dance Shoppe. She graduated from the Southern New Jersey Academy for Performing Arts in Gloucester County under the direction of David Kloss, Althea Leslie, and Norman Taylor. Focusing on modern, ballet, classical jazz, and African, Brianne discovered her true passion for modern. She then graduated from Mercer County College with a degree in Dance. There she performed and choreographed for their Spring and Winter showcases. She has won numerous awards for her dancing/choreography and has performed with multiple dance companies including Battery Dance and The Princeton Ballet. Brianne has performed worldwide, including the U.S. and Bermuda, with tours in Canada and Italy. This is Brianne’s fourth season with MM2 Modern Dance and her first year as the company’s Artistic Director.
Jenna Faye Eugenides
Company Manager / Dancer / Choreographer
Jenna Faye Eugenides graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Eastern University in 2010. Although she has been studying dance since the age of 9, it was at Eastern University that she began to develop her choreographic voice. She had the opportunity to intern with Anne-Marie Mulgrew and Dancers Company during her time at Eastern. As a senior project, Jenna produced and performed in an hour-length performance consisting solely of her own choreography. As her career continued, Jenna has been able to display her work through MM2 Modern Dance Company. She has choreographed on topics that inspired her and represented important social issues. Her choreography has been performed in Philadelphia as part of the FringeArts Festival, Inhale Series, ETC Performance Series, SolowFest as well as internationally in Canada and Italy, where she performed on tour with MM2. This is Jenna’s fifth season dancing with MM2.
Jessica Bryan
Dancer / Choreographer
Jessica began her dance career at Dance Dynamics of Seaville, NJ. She went on to graduate from Eastern University with her B.A in dance. During her time at Eastern, she worked with choreographers Stephen Welsh, Seleana Pettaway, Patricia Scott Hobbs, and David Dorfman. She also attended and performed in concerts at the American College Dance Festival Association (ACDFA) and created her own production of “Love Surrenders All”. Jessica has been an instructor at Doylestown Dance Centre and also did an internship at Feet First, a dance studio in Phoenixville, PA, working under the direction of Dr. Karen Clemente and Kristin Bissinger. Now in her fifth season with MM2 Modern Dance company, she has presented original choreography throughout the Philadelphia region at such venues as FringeArts, GFS, Inhale Series, ETC Performance Series, SolowFest as well as internationally with tours in Canada and Italy.
Kaylee Goodwin
Dancer / Choreographer
Kaylee has been dancing since the age of three, starting out at Brixham Danceworks in her hometown of South Berwick, Maine. Upon moving to the Philadelphia region, she graduated with a B.A. in dance and theatre from Eastern University. She trained under the tutelage of Karen Clemente, Stephen Welsh, Seleana Pettaway, Joselli Deans, and Janine Bryant. In 2008 Kaylee was selected as a Dance Olympus VIP, traveling and performing with well known choreographers around the country. In 2010, she showcased her work at Eastern in “But before We Go”. This is Kaylee’s fourth season with MM2 Modern Dance as both a dancer and choreographer. Her work has been showcased in FringeArts, Inhale Series, ETC Performance Series, Michener Art Museum, and Grounds for Sculpture, as well as numerous venues in the Philadelphia region and company tours in Canada and Italy.
Jillian Ikeler
Dancer / Choreographer
Jillian is a senior dance major at Desales University with an anticipated graduation in the spring of 2014. At DeSales she has trained under Tim Cowart, Trinette Singleton, Angela Sigley, Tara Madsen Robins, and Janet Peck. Jillian’s work has been shown as part of DeSales informal dance concert and she performed in both the fall and spring DeSales dance concerts from 2010-2014. In addition, she has acted and danced in a variety of student films as part of DeSales University Film Festival. Jillian also works for Radio Disney as a performer and dancer with their road crew. She performed at the Inhale Series and Emerging Choreographers Concert. This is her first year with MM2 Modern Dance.
Jennifer Laucella
Dancer / Choreographer
Jennifer Laucella began her dance training in the Philadelphia area at the age of four. She continued her training at the Hartt School at the University of Hartford where she graduated with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance in 2011. While at the Hartt School, Jennifer was fortunate enough to study under world-class faculty including Hilda Morales, Nina Watt, Stephen Pier, Katie Stevinson-Nollet and many more. She has also had the opportunity to study at the Julidans festival in Amsterdam, and received her Pilates certification from the Pilates Center of Western Massachusetts. Jennifer has performed and shown her choreography through out the United States, locally at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival and Inhale Series and internationally in Italy, Canada and the Netherlands. She has performed with the Rebecca Davis Dance Company, DancEnlight, and Music and Motion Dance. Currently, Jennifer also performs with Tikvah Company of Artists and teaches dance throughout the Philadelphia area. This is her third season with MM2 Modern Dance Company.
Alison Liney
Dancer / Choreographer
Alison Liney began her dance career nine years ago in the suburbs of Philadelphia, where she trained in ballet exclusively. During this time, she was introduced to Upper Darby Summer Stage and later became a member of the community outreach program, the Shooting Stars. With this group she performed at the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Cherry Blossom Festival and Disney World. Alison went on to receive her BFA from the the Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University, where she studied with Merian Soto, Kun Yang Lin, Ellie Goudie-Averill, Jillian Harris, and Beau Hancock. While at Temple, she danced in support of fellow students presenting their BFA and MFA work, as well as for Tiffany Mills and Kyle Abraham. Her choreography has been shown in numerous Student Dance Concerts. In March of 2013 her solo piece “a Faultless Sky” was selected to be shown at the American College Dance Festival at Hofstra University. In May of 2013, she premiered her thesis work, “This Cracked Sunlight.” This is Alison’s first season with MM2 Modern Dance.
